Welcome!
Thank you for considering A Way of Life Yoga and Body Works.
Please be aware of the following guidelines during your practice of yoga, pilates or zumba,
for your safety and comfort, as well as those around you:
PLEASE SILENCE YOUR CELL PHONE
Please be on time - avoid being more than 10 minutes late
Please try to come to class with an empty stomach
Please avoid wearing perfumes or heavily scented oils/lotions for yoga or pilates
Please consider a mat of your own for yoga & pilates (loaner mats are for temporary use only)
Please consider cross training, or even better, dance shoes for Zumba classes
The most effective way to fully assist and guide you in a comfortable and safe manner,
is to know up front your limitations, experiences and goals.
I am always open to questions or feedback, and invite you to share them as needed.
From time to time throughout the year, classes may be cancelled in cases of
extreme weather/school closings, personal illness/emergencies, or for various holidays.
Cancellations will be posted on the website, by email or by phone,
please check these options when in doubt.
